In this episode, Seth Leishman interviews Bernie Zimmerman, chair of the Nevada County Historical Landmarks Commission. Bernie was born in a monastery in Germany, emigrated to the U.S. in 1949, lived in New York and New Jersey as well as San Francisco, before moving to Nevada County in 1979.
